If you or your dog aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at woof@bettyandbutch.com  Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, and will be happy to assist you.

Returns Policy

We take great care in ensuring that every product is thoroughly quality-checked by two team members before it leaves our store. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Food Items:
We take pride in the quality of our food products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at woof@bettyandbutch.com so we can assist you.

Toys & Games:
If your toy or game arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us, and we’ll make it right. However, we do not refund toys that have been damaged by dogs during play. It’s natural for dogs, especially certain breeds, to explore and sometimes tear toys apart—after all, even wood can fall prey to their powerful teeth.

Please note, toys left with dogs unsupervised are likely to be damaged. If your dog destroys a toy faster than their previous one, it just means they enjoyed it even more! While we strive to provide durable toys, we don’t sell indestructible ones—though we wish we could!

This does not affect your statutory rights.
