Delivery Information
We understand that delivery charges for the Scottish Highlands & Islands may seem high, but rest assured, we only pass on a fraction of what we’re charged by DPD. To ensure reliable delivery, all orders are shipped exclusively via DPD.
UK Islands, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
Unfortunately, deliveries to UK Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland have been suspended until further notice. This is due to courier companies no longer accepting dog food products. We are actively working on a solution to resume these services as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Betty & Butch.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- be unused
- be in their original packaging
- be in a resaleable condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods and will be issued using the original payment method.
Food Products
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food, treats or chews unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

Toys & Accessories
Toys, accessories and other non-food products may be returned within 28 days provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
We cannot refund toys that have been damaged through normal use or by dogs during play.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every order is checked by two members of our team before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs where appropriate.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, including reasonable return postage where applicable.
