Lamb is a nutrient-dense, highly digestible protein source rich in vitamin B12 and iron, essential for maintaining healthy nerve and blood cells. The recipe is further enhanced with a blend of five superfoods—mint, pomegranate, mulberry, broccoli, and fennel—each offering specific health benefits. The naturally occurring collagen in the lamb helps maintain healthy joints and skin, while added prebiotics support digestive health.
